RESEARCH WORK
The essay is open to all students in the program. This is an “application” type approach with the objective of producing work on human resources management and change management.
This six-credit activity will report on the entire process followed (in human resources management and change management) by the student based on a managerial problem, a theoretical framework defined in agreement with his director, a proven methodology and recommendations leading to decision-making for the managers concerned.
