This module will develop the interpersonal skills and strategies required for sport and exercise practitioners to work within a multi-disciplinary team in performance sport. Contemporary issues in Sports Performance

This module will introduce you to a variety of controversies and debates from the world of sports performance. It’ll provide the opportunity for you to engage with the ‘reality’ of the sector. You’ll study the history structure and governance in order to better prepare you to form your own opinions and debate alternative views within the field.
Performance Lifestyle and Athlete Wellbeing

Since the Duty of Care report athlete wellbeing has become central to performance sport. This module will combine the themes of sports psychology performance lifestyle and dual career interventions. You’ll analyse critically the performance pathways for athletes and reflect on the duty of care in all aspects of your support.
