This module provides practitioners with a space in which to consider their professional contexts and focus on the development of their values and sense of purpose as individuals and professionals. You’ll engage with a theoretical framework consisting of aspects of philosophy positive psychology work-life balance and professional identity.
Mental Health Across the Lifespan

This module offers a broad-based perspective of human development mental health and wellbeing across the lifespan. We focus on students in the education system and mental health and wellbeing needs of professionals that work with them. It aims to give the background context from which other modules may explore mental health in education practice.
Positive Education and Other Evidence-based Interventions

On this module you’ll critically examine ways of promoting wellbeing in educational settings. We introduce key tenets of positive education and how these may be applied to enhance wellbeing learning and teaching. You’ll consider contemporary evidence-based interventions and critically discuss your suitability for different educational contexts.
Applied Research Methods

This module helps you develop the skills associated with planning designing and conducting applied social research within your field of study discipline or professional contexts. You are guided through a cycle of activity including critically reviewing literature; identifying a research question; research design; data collection and analysis.

This module aims to develop you as reflective practitioners as a means of considering and responding to the contemporary educational landscape. In this module reflection will be explored as an essential tool for continuing professional development and wellbeing.
Leading Change for Inclusive Practice

This module explores concepts of leadership in practice. We’ll help empower you to interrogate approaches to leadership and how these may be used to promote inclusive practice wellbeing and engagement among both learners and professionals. The module provides a lens to examine the meaning of leadership and its affordances in driving change.

Entry Requirements

You are not eligible to apply to this program because:

The minimum age is 18.

English fluency is required.
You need to be either:
- A native English speaker
- Studied in English at high school or a degree
- Have passed IELTS level 6.5 or TOEFL 95 or above.

Minimum education level: Bachelor's.

The program is competitive, you need to have a high grades of Average A, 70%, or a high GPA.

Application process:

Applying Online is simple in just a few steps. More information is available here.

The first steps are to choose the programs, pay the application fee and upload the application documents.

Once submitted to Global Admissions, we will review your application within 2-3 days and proceed to the university or ask you for further clarification

After it has been processed to the university you will receive your unique application ID from each university.

The university may contact you directly for further questions.

We will then follow up each week with the university for updates. As soon as there is any update we will let you know. If you have made other plans, decide to withdraw / change address at any time please let us know.

After you have been accepted you will receive your admissions letter electronically and asked to pay the non-refundable deposit to the university.

Once you have paid the deposit the university will issue you the admissions letter and visa form to your home country.
