The aim is to provide relevant, professional education for students on aspects of the planning, marketing and management of events and public relations programmes in this multifaceted industry. Students have the opportunity to progress into the level 7 Event Management with Public Relations programme and complete an integrated work placement at the end of Year 2. Follow on studies at level 7 and 8 of the Event Management with Public Relations programme enables students to develop skills and experience at operational and supervisory management levels, thus experiencing first-hand the challenges, demands and rewards of working in this exciting and ever-changing industry.
