You will learn how to manage the impacts of risks upon an organisation and its assets how to plan and manage operational activities and respond to incidents whilst they are happening and beyond until full recovery has been achieved.
Risk Management

You'll study organisational exposure to risk the role of Risk Management industry norms and practices whilst developing frameworks for your area of operations. You'll discuss the relationship of threat risk and impact with the wider organisation. You'll consider both theoretical formulations and practical application of these concepts.
Business Continuity Management and Perspectives

You will study Business Continuity Management and examine new theories along with testing them in the ever expanding dynamic workplace and wider organisational environments. You’ll learn how to not only link current knowledge to a business but also consider and develop new ideas based upon what theory exists and theories that you may develop.
