Organisations are vulnerable and exposed to threats from malicious or accidental events on a constant basis. You will learn how to manage the impacts of risks upon an organisation and its assets how to plan and manage operational activities and respond to incidents whilst they are happening and beyond until full recovery has been achieved.
Risk Management

You'll study organisational exposure to risk the role of Risk Management industry norms and practices whilst developing frameworks for your area of operations. You'll discuss the relationship of threat risk and impact with the wider organisation. You'll consider both theoretical formulations and practical application of these concepts.
Business Continuity Management and Perspectives

You will study Business Continuity Management and examine new theories along with testing them in the ever expanding dynamic workplace and wider organisational environments. You’ll learn how to not only link current knowledge to a business but also consider and develop new ideas based upon what theory exists and theories that you may develop.
Crisis and Emergency Management

Explore internal and external factors which have the potential to impact upon effective security and organisational management.
Digital Leadership in a World in Continuous Change

Businesses are increasingly exposed and vulnerable to theft of important data malicious cyber-attacks and insider risks around the use of company IT systems and in-house digital technology. You’ll learn to identify and set a balance between a creative approach to innovation whilst delivering a secure approach to protecting company assets.
Leading Managing and Developing Talent

You'll study the contribution talent management can offer to organisational resilience and the way it can impact organisational strategy in variable and changing contexts. You'll explore different themes such as managing values and culture staff engagement coaching and mentoring and the role of professional HR functions in helping address these.

  • Register when you arrive - its not possible to reserve a room before arriving. You can arrive a few days before and book it

Entry Requirements

You are not eligible to apply to this program because:

The minimum age is 18.

English fluency is required.
You need to be either:
- A native English speaker
- Studied a degree in English before
- Can demonstrate a high level of English
- Having an English certificate such as IELTS level 6 or TOEFL 95 and above is an advantage.

Minimum education level: High School.

The program is competitive, you need to have a high grades of Average A, 70%, or a high GPA.

  • English certificate (You can take the English test online)
  • Guarantor letter

Preparing documents:

You can start your application now and send the application documents during your application. Some documents you can send later if you don’t have them right away. Some more info about preparing application documents is here

Application process:

Applying Online is simple in just a few steps. More information is available here.

The first steps are to choose the programs, pay the application fee and upload the application documents.

Once submitted to Global Admissions, we will review your application within 2-3 days and proceed to the university or ask you for further clarification

After it has been processed to the university you will receive your unique application ID from each university.

The university may contact you directly for further questions.

We will then follow up each week with the university for updates. As soon as there is any update we will let you know. If you have made other plans, decide to withdraw / change address at any time please let us know.

After you have been accepted you will receive your admissions letter electronically and asked to pay the non-refundable deposit to the university.

Once you have paid the deposit the university will issue you the admissions letter and visa form to your home country.
