The Construction Manager organises the people, materials and equipment needed to get the job done in the most efficient and effective manner. Construction managers are well organised professionals with good communication and people skills to direct and motivate the range of people and organisations involved in construction projects. The five-month work placement in Year 3 allows the student to experience at first hand, the challenges and opportunities of working in the industry.
