📖Program Curriculum
To qualify for award of the degree, the Bachelor of Business Information Systems, candidates must satisfactorily complete at least 144 credit points, comprised of the following:
138 credit points of core subjects, as set out in the Bachelor of Business Information Systems Core Subject List, and
One (1) elective subject (6 credit points), chosen from the General Schedule, School of Computing and Information Technology Subject List or Business Schedules.
Note:
A maximum of 60 credit points of 100-level subjects can be undertaken as part of the Bachelor of Business Information Systems degree.
The Faculty encourages the development of ICT skills and knowledge in the workplace through industry placement. Completion of ISIT200 Industry Placement, which is a minimum of a single 8-week period of approved industry placement, assessed in the form of written reports is highly recommended to all students to complete this placement.
