The program aims to train managers, entrepreneurs, self-employed workers, consultants or project managers capable of solving problems, making decisions, carrying out mandates, accomplishing tasks and exploiting opportunities effectively. and efficiently, in a constantly changing business environment.
This program is accredited with the Order of Certified Human Resources Advisors (CRHA) and gives access by way of equivalence to the professional title at the end of this study program.
Program Objectives
More specifically, at the end of his studies, the student must have acquired the following general skills:
Communicate effectively and efficiently in a business context, both orally and in writing, particularly in French but minimally in English, using various media and information and communication technologies.
Work effectively and efficiently in a business environment in a variety of roles.
Find, process and disseminate independently, effectively and efficiently, relevant information available in a business context, both quantitative and qualitative, using appropriate tools, computer or other.
Have vision and demonstrate creativity, imagination, innovation, versatility and flexibility.
Make decisions, make judgments, effectively and efficiently, using approaches appropriate to the business context.
Acquire and maintain, independently, a general business culture composed of a diversified body of knowledge and a business behavior characterized by creativity and innovation, responsibility and autonomy, propensity for action and initiative, and the ability to cope with change and manage stress.
Effectively and efficiently organize their work, that of their team, independently, in a business context, using the various tools and methods available, computer or other.
